ClickandBuy reviews the information provided by content providers and users for completeness and plausibility. The user rights for ClickandBuy are only granted after comprehensive security checks.
Information we need from you:
If you would like to shop with ClickandBuy as a user, we need a minimum amount of information from you to invoice for content. This includes your name, email address, address and bank information. This information is used to manage your internal ClickandBuy account and to provide customer service. We inform you about new products and services offered by ClickandBuy and our partners. After you have registered with ClickandBuy, we will send you a welcome email and confirm that we have activated access for you. If you no longer wish to receive information about ClickandBuy, just tell us so via email. Of course we will provide you with information, such as billing information, related to the ClickandBuy service. Accessing paid content, pictures and documents is usually anonymous, unless you complain about content you have received and are no longer willing to pay for services you have used. In such cases, we give the provider your information, who then contacts you, if necessary, to clarify the situation. When you register as a user, you give permission for your personal information to be passed on in such cases.
Your payment transactions and the paid content you access are, of course, treated confidentially.
You set your access data, that is, your password and user name, when you register. These are standards that are implemented for your security. With these standards, only you can access paid content with ClickandBuy.
You can select any password and user name you like. ClickandBuy employees are not allowed to ask you for your password.
If you forget your password, click on ”Forgotten password” or call our Service Team at 0207 153 9160. After your identification has been checked, you will receive a new password.
All information we maintain on you can be updated at any time in the ClickandBuy account management (e.g., if you move or your bank information changes).
